As a BexarMet residential water customer, you may be eligible for a rebate!  BexarMet offers rebates for installing hot water circulating systems, water efficient toilets, high-efficiency clothes washers, and for converting to water-efficient landscapes.  BexarMet is a WaterSense® program partner and urges all customers to consider WaterSense® products when replacing water appliances such as toilets and clothes washers. 

Water Rebate Programs 

Green for Green Landscape Rebate

Replace at least 20% of your turf with xeriscape landscaping, decking or pavers and you may be eligible for a $100 to $300 rebate on your water bill.

No-Wait Hot Water Circulating Pump Rebate

Install an approved hot water circulating pump system in your home and stop waiting for hot water in faucets, bathtubs and showers. It's worth a $150 credit to your water bill!

Switch and Save Toilet Giveaway Program

If your home was built before 1992 and never received a rebate for purchasing toilets or received free toilets in the past, it may qualify for up to two (2) free toilets!  Regular and handicap toilets are available in the program.  Approval for handicap toilets requires a note from a doctor authorizing toilets or a driver's license showing that the applicant is at least 65 years of age.

Switch and Save Toilet Rebate Program

Purchase and replace up to two (2) pre-1992 toilets in your home and get a $75 rebate per toilet on your water bill (up to $150 total)!  In addition to being built before 1992, you home must not have received a toilet rebate or free toilets in the past.

Wash Right Clothes Washer Rebate

Replace your old water-hungry clothes washer with an approved Tier 3 clothes washer model and get a $75 rebate on your water bill.  The Wash Right Rebate amount is $75 as of May 1, 2011.
