Customer Service Call Center

The Customer Service Call Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Call 210-922-1221 to speak with a friendly customer service representative.

Either location can be utilized to answer questions about your bill, accept payments, report leaks, begin or end water service, or for general information.

*** Requests to turn on water for new service or reconnection of service will be accepted until 3 p.m. on each business day.
