Irrigation Variance Application

Use this form to apply for an Irrigation Variance to establish new landscaping during water restrictions. Variances will be granted for five weeks under Stage 1 and three weeks under Stage 2 and Stage 3 from the date that the landscaping is installed. Within 24 hours, or the next business day after sending the variance request, you will receive an email containing a letter with the establishment schedule for the new landscape and a sign to print and locate prominently at the location to be visible to water enforcement officers and passersby to let them know there is a variance in place at the location.
** Variances will NOT be granted to allow sprinkler watering between 10am and 8pm.  Utilize soaker hoses or water by hand in the middle of the day.  For questions, please call (210) 354-6513.
