Elected to the Board in November 2007, Mr. Carr was sworn in on 11-15-07.

Mr. Carr's District includes portions of southern San Antonio and northwest San Antonio outside of Loop 410 in the Marbach area and outside of Loop 1604 south of Potranco to Highway 90 out to Hwy 211.
