Associate Attorney

Assist General Counsel with day to day legal matters, responding to third parties and advising internal clients.

Responsibilities: Contract, drafting, negotiation and review. Responding to open record requests, subpoenas, discovery and third party documents. Prepare legal opinions and memorandums. Advise internal staff on matters.

Requirements: Minimum of five years legal experience representing governmental entities in litigation and transactional matters. Excellent verbal and written skills. Strong analytical, drafting and legal research ability. Strong computer skills preferred.
