Job description:

Performs semi-skilled work operating
several types of light to medium maintenance equipment used to excavate, load,
transfer or move dirt, grave, or other material in the maintenance or
construction of properties. Operates
boom trucks, tampers, and other light equipment.

Min. qualifications:

One to two years of experience in the operating equipment, (backhoes, trucks and
tamping).

Must
have hands-on experience with light tractors, light equipment and trucks. Must
be skilled in performing routine maintenance on equipment.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. High school
diploma or equivalent. Must be knowledgeable of traffic laws,
regulations and safety rules relating to vehicles and equipment operation. It
is essential to be able to establish and maintain good working relationships
with peers, superiors, and customers. A combination of education and
experience, which provides the desired knowledge, skills and abilities, will be
considered.

Requirements:

Must
have a Class A Texas Operators license, and maintain a good driving record.
