NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENT OF IMPACT FEES
Notice is hereby given that the BEXAR METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT will hold a Public Hearing on June 10, 2009 at 4:00PM. The Public Hearing will be held in the Bexar Metropolitan Water District Board Room, 2055 W. Malone, San Antonio, Texas 78225.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the adoption of an amendment to the current impact fees.
The amount of the proposed maximum allowable impact fee per service units is as follows:
Hill Country Service Area: $4,488.00
Northwest Service Area: $3,612.00
Southside Service Area: $1,390.00
Southwest Service Area: $1,291.00
Northeast Service Area: $666.00
Any member of the public has the right to apper at the Public Hearing and present evidence for or against the adoption of the proposed amendment and impact fees.
