Victor V. Villarreal - President - District 4

Victor V. Villarreal is a 24 year US Air Force veteran. He served with the Security Service Command and held assignments in Europe. An Accredited Financial Counselor, Mr. Villarreal has degrees in Business, Management and in Resource Management. He is currently Personnel Liaison of the Headquarters Air Force Aid Society where he serves as the emergency financial authority for all After Hour cases within the U.S. and overseas bases.

Active in his community since his return to San Antonio in 1992, Mr. Villarreal served as President of the Park Village Elementary School P.T.A. and as President of the Judson Athletic Booster Club. He is currently the President of the East Village Neighbors’ Association and a youth Education Mentor at the Park Village Elementary School.

Elected to the BexarMet Board in November 2003, Mr. Villarreal represents District 4 in Northeast Bexar County. In February 2005, Mr. Villarreal was elected President of the Board. He is President of the BexarMet Development Corporation.
