Residential Rebate Programs
As a BexarMet residential water customer, you may be eligible for a rebate! BexarMet offers rebates for installing hot water circulating systems, low-flow toilets, irrigation system rain sensors, high-efficiency clothes washers, irrigation system audits and for converting to water-efficient landscapes.
Rebate Programs
Green for Green Rebate - Replace at least 20% of your turf with xeriscape landscape, decking or pavers (see page for more information) and you may be eligible for a rebate on your water bill.
No-Wait Rebate - Install an approved hot water circulating pump in your home and stop waiting for hot water in faucets, bathtubs and showers. It's worth a $150 credit to your water bill!
Rain Sense Rebate - Rain sensors prevent sprinkler systems from watering during or soon after rainfall. Does your system need one? It's a requirement for all customers! (THIS REBATE WILL BE PHASED OUT ON MAY 1, 2010)
Sprinkler Saver Rebate - Have your sprinkler system inspected annually by a licensed irrigator and get a rebate on your water bill! (THIS REBATE WILL BE PHASED OUT ON MAY 1, 2010)
Switch and Save Toilet Program - Replace up to 2 toilets in your pre-1992 home and get a $75 rebate per toilet on your water bill!
