Sprinkler Saver Rebate

Customers can receive a rebate of $15 for having their sprinkler system inspected annually by a state-licensed irrigation inspector. Under the City of San Antonio Water Ordinance and the BexarMet Water Conservation Rules, an efficient and properly functioning sprinkler system is very important to preventing waste violations. Be sure to check your sprinkler system regularly for broken heads, leaks and proper timing.

• The $15 rebate is added as a credit on your water bill.
• This rebate does not apply to newly-installed sprinkler systems because they should be set properly at installation.
  (Systems must be at least one year old to apply for the rebate.)
• BexarMet must receive a copy of the receipt or paid invoice of irrigator's inspection to apply rebate.
• Properly adjusted sprinkler systems will reduce over-watering and waste.
• This rebate may be applied for once per calendar year!
• Sprinkler systems constructed less than one year are not eligible for the rebate.
• Rebate cannot be applied to irrigation audits performed by BexarMet personnel.
