ATTENTION:  BexarMet has suspended the Wash Right Rebate program as of August 23, 2010 until further notice.  Please keep checking back with us as to the status of the program.

• Clothes washing machines account for approximately 20% of the water used inside the home.
• CPS Energy customers can receive a $75 rebate on their electric bill when they submit a Wash Right application to BexarMet. 
• Wash only full loads of laundry, if possible, to conserve water.
• Purchasing a new water-saver model reduces water use by as much as 50 percent and energy use by up to 70%!
• Washers approved for the rebate must come from the CEE Tier 3 list (see below).
• Receive a one-time $100 BexarMet rebate for replacing your old washing machine with a new, high-efficiency version.
• If you are a BexarMet WATER customer, you must apply for the rebate through BexarMet.  SAWS sewer-only customers are not eligible for SAWS Wash Right rebates.
• Rebate application must be submitted within twelve (12) months of purchase of the qualified clothes washer model.
• You may be contacted by a BexarMet representative to verify installation.
